Againora Promotions setup and support
Connect a store
- Install from the Shopify app listing, or use the Dev Dashboard install action for a development store. Open the app from Shopify Admin.
- Use an EUR store with one variant per product, unique SKUs and inventory tracking. Click Connect promotion rules to prepare its eligibility collection.
- Create a coupon, choose products and exclusions, enter start and end dates, then save a preview. Resolve any eligibility errors before approval.
- Approve the offer and verify it in Shopify checkout. Quantity combinations require this app’s installed Discount Function. Keep that option off when the engine is unavailable.
Storefront advertising needs a compatible theme integration. The app does not automatically change your theme. Sale and excluded products do not receive managed checkout discounts.
Existing Againora PC connection
The paired store keeps promotion records and inventory operations on its PC. Open START PROMOTIONS.cmd there. Other stores cannot access that panel or its relay. Hosting credentials belong only on the server; never send them to support.
Privacy requests
Open Privacy requests in the app to review pending requests and due dates. Hosted erasures run in the background. Information requests require secure delivery to the store owner. Review any separate exports or backups as well.
For the paired store, run npm run privacy on the PC. It lists pending requests and instructions for generating reports, applying erasure and confirming completion. After uninstall, the same protected PC connection can still retrieve the pending erasure request.
Check the server
Server health returns an ok result when the app and database respond. The app’s authenticated home shows the connected shop and discount-engine status. Server health alone does not prove a discount is active.
